Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Standard order processing may take up to 72 hours. Please note that the shipping timeframe begins once your order is fulfilled, not when it is placed.

The window to make changes to an order after submission is extremely limited. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept or modify an order once it has been placed.

Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

For time-sensitive deliveries, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Please be advised that transit times begin once the order is fulfilled, not when it is purchased.

We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. Overnight shipping is not available.

To protect against increasing instances of lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit, we offer Route shipping protection on every domestic order. This optional service, added at checkout, provides coverage for a refund or replacement should an issue occur. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with or reimburse for claims on orders where this protection was opted out of during checkout.

We provide complimentary ground shipping for qualifying domestic orders. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout, though specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

To obtain a shipping estimate for your location, please add your desired items to the shopping bag and proceed to enter your shipping address. Ensure you select the correct destination country at the bottom right corner of our website.

It is important to note that for international orders, any applicable customs charges, import duties, or taxes are not typically included in the shipping estimate or your checkout total. These fees are determined by the destination country and are billed by the carrier separately after shipment. The amount can vary significantly.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide.

For customers shipping to select countries, including but not limited to those in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and others, taxes and duties may be included in the total cost at checkout.

For customers shipping to countries not included in such programs, all applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the delivery carrier prior to or upon delivery.

We have no control over these government-imposed fees and cannot predict their exact cost. We are unable to reimburse customers for duties and taxes paid. For detailed information regarding potential fees, please consult your local customs authority.

Route protection is automatically added to your order for your convenience. If your package encounters an issue, you can file a claim directly using the link provided in your shipping notification. This service facilitates a swift resolution. As this is an optional protection, orders placed without it are not eligible for replacement or refund by us for transit-related loss or damage.
